Jimmy was born April 30, 1950 in Vicksburg, MS to James and Helen Massey Woods. Jimmy was raised with 5 siblings, all of whom he loved dearl...y. Though none could compare to his overwhelming love for his wife, Deborah Guest, who he married June 6, 1969 and his 4 beautiful children. Jimmy shared 52 amazing years with Deborah, creating memories, and everlasting love that can be seen through his wife and children today. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Jimmy. Jimmy always put God first, family second, and hunting third. Although during deer season sometimes family came behind a 12 point....Nonetheless, Jimmy was a kindhearted, soft soul who would do anything for anyone. Five things to remember from the life of Jimmy: be kind, be courageous, have hope, and love life; you feel one way-with your fingers; always throw up your boogers but be sure to catch them; donuts require chocolate milk and rice requires biscuits and if you ever need anything.......call Deborahhh!!
