Gulf Coast Leadership Project, Inc. 20.02.2021

From the Founders Pen: Happy Anniversary & Founders Day GCLP! On this day in 2014, I stepped up to the plate as a leader in my community. Through extensive planning and organizing grew the BLHudson Community Outreach Project, now known as the Gulf Coast Leadership Project. I was only about 14 during this time and I felt there was a need for more leadership opportunities for youth in my community. I saw the lack of resources and opportunities for minority young leaders and sought to solve that issue by creating an interactive and innovative way for youth to build on their natural leadership skills. GCLP since has been dedicated to Cultivating Youth Leadership by empowering, engaging, and enhancing youth leaders to be the next generation of inspirational leaders! #GCLP14 #6Years #Service #Leadership
