Back in June, I wrote to let you know that we were looking for a partner or buyer for Tupelo Tool & Die, so the company could grow and continue to serve our cus...tomers moving forward. I'm happy to let you know that we completed the sale of TTD to TG Manufacturing, a metal products manufacturer out of Michigan. As our new parent company, TG Manufacturing brings a broad new set of capabilities and expertise to our customers. Tupelo Tool & Die will continue to provide you with quality products and creative, cost effective solutions to your manufacturing problems, and we'll be introducing you to our new capabilities as well. I'm also extremely pleased to announce that Steve Hess has been promoted to General Manager. Steve came to TTD about a year ago as our primary CNC programmer, but he has worn almost every hat in the shop since then - trainer, problem-solver, machinist, designer, supervisor, customer service, sales, and quality assurance to name a few! I am confident that, working in conjunction with TG Manufacturing, Steve will continue the tradition of excellence that TTD has been known for over the years. TG Manufacturing's VP of Sales, Bill Dang, will be helping Steve reach out to customers to let you know all about TG Manufacturing and the new services they can make available to you.
