After this mornings devastating storms that have impacted our area, we hope everyone is safe and wish a speedy recovery and prompt restoration of power and communications. The Tunica Airport has sustained some minor damage to aircraft ground handling equipment, a few light poles down, flashing on buildings and an aluminum ramp damage from the maximum recorded 84mph winds. Overall, all of the buildings and aircraft located on the airport are safe and unharmed. The airport ha...s power, is fully operational and is safe for aircraft operations.
