We are currently working with the gate closed to limit exposure and amount of work. Dan and Arleen are working without help at this time for the same reasons. We cannot accept new customers at this time, but will accept a customer's new/different vehicle. I was reminded today it's that time of year...have your anti-freeze checked. Is the vehicle you depend on ready for freezing temps? Also temperature changes like this cause weak batteries to demand attention.

Should have posted sooner. If you drove through flood water, get your vehicle checked out. Water can be pushed/sucked up into the air filter and a wet filter will cause problems, if not now definitely later. We have seen water in engine and differential, even transmission. Also you may need all your lights checked for water inside and the electrical connections should be cleaned, dried, and greased if needed. If not dealt with, these will give you serious problems later

We are happy to announce, Dan has help in the shop again! John worked with us before and during hurricane Katrina. John has really helped out this last month giving Dan a chance to get caught up!

Dan and I appreciate and hold dear all of our customers. Actually, we consider you friends! We do not wish to be rude when we don't answer the phone, but we are having a hard time getting work done when the phone rings a lot! And it's been ringing a lot! This is why it is important to change oil and filter using recommended weight oil! Many newer vehicles now use variable valve timing for better fuel economy and emissions, but can make your vehicle run bad when this system is not working correctly!

Oil and filter should be changed twice a year, at a minimum! When was the last time you checked the tires for age cracks?
