Tomorrow is one of those milestone days. When I started Active DataComm my goal was to make it to 3 years. When we reached 3 years, I told myself we can make it to 5 years. When we reached 5 years, I adjusted that goal to make it to 10. According to data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, about 20% of U.S. small businesses fail within the first year.
